Sonoma, Australia’s leading artisan bakery is ushering in a new chapter with the debut of its monthly Bake Sale series, commencing Saturday 14 February 2026 at the brand’s flagship Alexandria bakery.

Curated under the creative direction of Sonoma’s Executive Chef Aoife Noonan, the series shines a spotlight on the people, skill and imagination behind Sonoma’s pastry program. Each Bake Sale will feature limited‑run pastries and small‑batch creations, from test‑kitchen concepts to one‑day‑only specials, offering a rare glimpse into the team’s craft and creativity.

Crafted using Sonoma’s time‑honoured long fermentation, simple ingredients and hands-on technique, the Bake Sale celebrates the bakery’s commitment to quality and the artistry that defines its approach to premium sourdough and pastry.
