Curated under the creative direction of Sonoma’s Executive Chef Aoife Noonan, the series shines a spotlight on the people, skill and imagination behind Sonoma’s pastry program. Each Bake Sale will feature limited‑run pastries and small‑batch creations, from test‑kitchen concepts to one‑day‑only specials, offering a rare glimpse into the team’s craft and creativity.
