Skills and strategies will be shared by eSafety to improve impact, confidence and resilience when interacting online at work.

• recognise online abuse and the impact it has on women's working lives 

• set up your social media accounts and profiles so you can engage confidently and safely online 

• who to contact for help if you, or someone you know, needs support
