Central Coast artist Sharon Williams is currently exploring personal narrative associated with self-worth, identity and belonging.  Sharon finds inspiration through childhood memories, symbolism, the natural environment and connection to suburban-domestic  landscapes within the home. Her intuitive art practice incorporates traditional feminine art-craft skills with contemporary fine art practices to explore the healing process of art through mark-making, stitching and collage, transforming second-hand items and found materials into aesthetic objects of value.

Sharon’s first major solo exhibition ‘Victory’ opens April 29th- May 12th – Wed-Sun 11am-5.30pm

Exhibition Launch – Saturday 1st May - 2pm @ The Shop Gallery, 112 Glebe Point Rd, Glebe, NSW
