On Monday, 13 October, Shaffa welcomes Brisbane’s Ach Wine Bar & Bistro for a one-night-only kitchen takeover like no other. Guest chefs Noam Lissner and Marty Coard will join Shaffa’s team to present a collaborative 10-course menu celebrating the vibrant sea and land flavours of the Middle East.
From delicate oysters to inventive desserts, the menu celebrates contrasts and connections: light meets rich, fresh meets fermented, and textures collide in playful harmony. All brought together through the art of sharing and the essence of Middle Eastern cuisine.
