Join us for a magical adventure up to the stars with twinkly instruments, tinsel poms poms and shiny textures, glow balls and starry night parachute fun which will lead you beautifully into a relaxing and soothing Sound Bath specially designed for your little ones.

This in-person experience combines the fun and developmental elements of Both Baby Sensory and Sound Bath for babies.

Let your little one explore and let the imagination sore then ground and connect with gentle sounds to create a calm vibe that helps babies feel cozy and peaceful. It’s a perfect way to introduce your baby to the magic and diversity of sound in a warm, welcoming space.

Babies Sensory uses research based play, movement and music to spark curiosity and learning while you and your baby have fun together and gain ideas to continue at home while, Sound Bath for Babies offers a gentle opportunity for both you and your baby to slow down, regulate and simply be together. Through the soft, soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, the space is filled with calming vibrations that encourage relaxation, connection and nervous system support for both parent and baby.

There is no expectation for babies to be still or quiet. They are free to sleep, feed, move, vocalise or simply enjoy the sounds around them. This is a baby led experience with other parents who get it. There will be something for everyone that means parents too best of all it for the Parents too! We aim to finish with a meditation focused on parental grounding and relaxation.

For many parents, the experience becomes just as much about their own wellbeing as it is about their baby, creating a rare opportunity to have fun, slow down, breathe and feel supported alongside other families.
