School holidays: portrait drawing at Ultimo, 14-17yrs

Do you like to draw faces and people? Learn formal portrait drawing techniques with a professional artist in this half-day course for young artists.

You will learn about facial anatomy and proportion while taking in some simple tricks for planning your drawings. Loosen up your drawing style with fun drawing exercises and explore formal portrait techniques to create a well-proportioned drawing.

You will use a variety of painting and drawing materials in our professional art studios. An excellent course for budding portrait artists!

This fun workshop is designed for complete beginners. No prior experience necessary.

• What to bring: yourself – all materials provided

• What to wear: enclosed shoes (no sandals or thongs) and comfortable clothing
