Rye July is a project that brings together a variety of tastes that come from different places under 1 roof. Showcasing the versatility of the spirit, Grain Bar has tinkered with a selection of styles to produce a special line-up of cocktails, which we invite you to enjoy.
At the forefront of this exciting campaign is the hottest thing to hit the Sydney bar scene, the incredibly talented Cedric Mendoza, Grain Bar’s head bartender. Timings couldn’t have aligned better as rye is highlighted as one of Cedric’s favourite spirits. He’s wasted no time in experimenting with Australian produce, incorporating some of the best internationally acclaimed brands to create a one of a kind rye-based cocktails menu.
Guests will be taken on a cocktail journey that will delight their senses. Inspired by old classics mixed with new age techniques, Sydneysiders will be privy to cocktails such as Gimlet & Tonic, a twist on 2 of the world’s best-selling classics – Gimlet and Gin & Tonic.
