The picturesque Greenwich Baths will transform into a starlit cinema for a family friendly movie night, featuring stunning seaside views of Sydney’s harbour and delicious bites and drinks, including a good old sausage sizzle, cotton candy, lolly bags, soft drinks and wine for the adults! We’ve got live music (+ performance from special guest James Toomey, CEO of Mission Australia), movies, and plenty of good company, for a fun night out with friends & family!
Join us at one of the most panoramic outdoor movie venues in Sydney for the award-winning film A Street Cat Named Bob in a fundraiser for Ruff Sleepers, the volunteer group that pampers the pets of homeless people and and is seeking to establish a fund for emergency vet care.
Together, we hope to positively connect communities and promote the respect, equality, and well-being of all, including our furry friends!
Proudly presented by students from the University of Technology Sydney, in conjunction with Ruff Sleepers.
Gates open 6pm for 7pm screening
Food and drink and wine will be available for purchase on the night

About Ruff Sleepers
Ruff Sleepers volunteers work alongside the volunteer vets group Pets in the Park at their monthly sessions caring for the pets of homeless people and those at risk of homelessness. The group is also working to raise awareness of the benefits of pets for mental and physical wellbeing, and of the need for pet friendly crisis accommodation – especially for women and children, so they can keep their pets with them when taking refuge from domestic violence.
