From delicate spanner crab vol au vents, scallop and truffle carpaccio to lobster pasta and pan-roasted duck, treat your palate to a truly memorable experience.
Sip elegant Henriot Brut Rosé Champagne to kick off the evening, with its fresh and vibrant flavour pairing perfectly with the seafood dishes to start. Throughout the dinner, Sommelier Claudio Solimeo selected an Australian Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to pair perfectly with each course.
End the night on a sweet note by sharing a decadent raspberry & vanilla Saint Honoré created by French pastry chef Quentin Zerr paired with a glass of the 2021 Domaine des Bernardins – Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise, which has a deep quince flavour and ends on savoury note creating a full-bodied balance.
