The Australian Romantic & Classical Orchestra, founded under the artistic direction of the late Richard Gill AO and now under the co-artistic direction of Rachael Beesley and Nicole van Bruggen, perform chamber works that share the same opus number.

This stunning performance entitled 'Opus 38' will feature the Nonet for flute, oboe, clarinet, horn, bassoon and strings, composed by Louise Farrenc as well as the Trio for clarinet, cello and fortepiano, by Ludwig van Beethoven.

Alongside the exceptional international and local musicians of the orchestra all of whom are specialists in historically-informed performance, this program features Netherlands-based Japanese fortepianist Keiko Shichijo.

The concert will be preceded by a private exhibition viewing, a glass of wine and a light refreshment.

Doors open at 6.30pm. Concert commences at 7.30pm. This event will be held in the Entrance court.

Proudly sponsored by Drapac Financial.
