Referendum information BBQ

Waverley Council supports the Uluru Statement from the Heart and is hosting an afternoon BBQ on Sunday September 24, to share information about the upcoming Voice to Parliament Referendum.

Come along and join us for some music from DJ’s, Drac Hammond (Delta Riggs) and Dan Mac (Art VS Science), enjoy a sausage sizzle, and have your questions answered about the referendum. We will also have guest speakers and some printed resources available to take home or to share with family and friends. Specials guests include Karen Mundine, CEO of Reconciliation Australia and Michael Ingrey, CEO of Inner Sydney Empowered Communities.

The event will run from 2 to 5pm in the Garu (southern) courtyard of Bondi Pavilion, speeches taking place at approximately 3pm.
