If slowing down doesn’t come easily, even when you lie down to rest, this experience is designed just for you.
This special session combines gentle Qi Gong with a deeply transformative gong bath.
We'll begin with slow, accessible Qi Gong (subtle, flowing movements that calm the nervous system and draw your attention fully into the body). This isn’t a workout, it’s a way of arriving by easing tension, softening mental noise, and creating the conditions to let go completely from mindful movement where you learn to move & shift your own energy. The mindful movement leaves you in an extraordinarily present state, to allow your to feel an energy shift and incredibly clear minded for the gong.
From there, you'll lie down and be guided into the gong bath. With the body already open and the mind settled, the sound carries you even deeper, where many people describe a sensation of floating, timelessness, or dropping into a depth of rest and consciousness they rarely reach. The unique experience feels otherworldly, made even more potent by the gentle preparation of Qi Gong.
