Puscha x Aarti Jadu is an exploratory interplay between synthesis and vocals. An on-and-off collaboration between two artists from Naarm/Melbourne.
Puscha creates hypnotic, post-ambient auditory spaces and musical impressions. Minimalist compositional approaches are employed with hyperactivity and rhythmic ambiguity to eschew background and dancefloor prosaic.
From a background of group devotional singing and folk tradition, Aarti Jadu is known for creating a hybrid of cinematic compositions and bass music laced with disparate vocal arrangements, formed from a culmination of self enquiry/existentialism, and experimentation.
Together, their music is a genre-agnostic blend of the provocative and evocative, an exhilarating deep listening experience.
Tickets are free, available via ballot only.
