Presence in movement and music

Move the body, Still the mind.

This is a slow to medium-paced class. Still the mind and move the body, build strength, balance, flexibility, stretch and dance. Have fun to beautiful music with simple facilitated movements. No experience required. All ages and both men and women welcome. Take part at your own pace.

Wear comfortable casual clothing with old socks or dance slippers.

Music is a mix of contemporary, classical, jazz , folk, blues, electronic and world.

Movements inspired by walking, stretching, contemporary dance, creative expression, tai chi, nei gung, yoga and the Argentine tango.
