Back by popular demand we’re hosting another Pork, Pints + Pinot night at Eliza Food + Wine.

Discover how versatile pork can truly be. It’s a 5-course feast of all things pork paired with pints and pinot for $95pp.

Highlights include the 24-hour brined and slow cooked pork scotch with roast cauliflower and sage and for dessert the binnorie-washed rind, pear + glazed pork belly chutney with almond and crackle crumb. The pork brief has been taken very seriously.

Teaming up with the guys at Stone & Wood and Whole Bunch Wines, the drink selection has been carefully matched with Jeremy’s creations. Guided by Luke Trimboli + Rory Fitzpatrick you’ll soon understand the nuance in these decisions.
