Indigiearth takes over Paddy’s Kitchen on Saturday 5 October. Owner and chef extraordinaire Sharon Winsor will transform ordinary food into delicious fare using her award-winning, Aboriginal owned, ethically sourced and sustainably harvested Indigiearth products. You can also purchase the herbs, spices, sauces and jams at the Indigiearth Pop-Ups stall over the weekend.
We all love a macaron, but have you ever tried a Fatcaron? Fatcaron’s add a giant twist to the French treat making them bigger, creamier and tastier than the original. Fatcaron’s will be available from Thursday to Sunday during Pop-Ups.
