This class is for everyone, designed to improve your cardio health, boost your mood and feel good after class.
No dance experience is required. Please wear comfortable shoes and have a mat ready for the session. The steps are easy to follow, the music is fun, so join in for a fun workout in the comfort of your own home.
This online livestream class is run via Zoom. You will be emailed the zoom link and password to join once you book in. Please log on 5 minutes before class and ensure you have doctor's clearance before engaging in any physical activities and keep yourself hydrated during class.
