Improve your musicality and learn choreography to songs from famous musicals such as 42nd Street, Singing in the Rain, and many others.

In this class, you will learn the foundations of tap technique.

This class is suited to people who have never taken a tap class or would like to refresh their tap-dancing skills.

What is Tap Dance? Tap dance is a style of dance known for rhythm and musicality. Tap dancers wear shoes fitted with metal plates that create sounds when the dancer strikes their foot on a hard surface, such as the floor. Made famous by Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, Mr Bojangles and movie musicals from the 20th century.

Tap shoes can be purchased online at Dance Essentials Co.

This class is curated for small spaces. All you need is a chair and some clear floor space.
