Wednesday 8 July from 12pm to 12:45pm

Join us online as journalist Judith Hoare shares the true story of the little-known mental health pioneer who revolutionised how we see the defining problem of our era: anxiety.

In 1962 Dr Claire Weekes published the ground-breaking book 'Self-Help For Your Nerves' which is still in print today.

Dismissed at the time by the medical profession as under qualified and overly populist, her research helped her develop a simple, effective treatment protocol which is now state of the art. Dr Weekes has aided millions of people around the world to overcome depression, loneliness, obsession and guilt. Judith Hoare's book 'Cracking the Anxiety Code' is the first to tell Dr Claire Weekes' remarkable story.

Registrations are essential.
