New Releases. New Vintages.

Join us for an intimate New Wine Discovery Night at FAB Surry Hills, where we’ll taste a curated selection of fresh, vibrant wines that have just landed, including exciting new vintages and wines arriving in Australia for the first time.

Hosted by Fabio Nistrio, this relaxed walk-around tasting is an opportunity to discover what’s new, taste your way through the season and hear the stories behind the vineyards, producers and wines in your glass.

From Muscadet and Riesling to Grüner Veltliner, Provence rosé, Central Otago Pinot Noir and elegant European bubbles, this is a tasting designed for curious wine lovers who want to discover something beyond the usual.
