Forest bathing walk for National Tree Week

The antidote to high-stress, fast-paced modern lives

Studies have shown that being outside in nature has many health outcomes for your mind and body.

Informed by the Japanese practice of “shinrin yoku” or “forest bathing”, this type of mindful walking is calming and soothing to the nervous system. It can also help boost your immune system.

We’ll explore different pathways that help us reconnect to nature and ourselves. So take a break and get back to the great outdoors.

Sessions involve:

  • guided meditation
  • sensory awareness walks
  • bush tea ceremonies
  • nature exploration activities.

Friday 27 July 2018 from 3pm to 5pm

General: $30.00
