Adult: $10Child: $5

In this workshop, entomologist and professional educator Francisco Bueno will provide an overview on how to become a stingless beekeeper.

You’ll learn about bee nesting and foraging biology, the diversity of wild bees and modern stingless beekeeping in Australia, and using stingless bees for pollinating gardens and farms.

In the practical sessions, we’ll open hives and observe the amazing structures inside. We’ll divide a hive into two halves, showing the process of colony propagation.
