Jane du Rand’s mosaic artwork was a highlight of the 2018 artisans exhibition. She returns by popular demand to this year’s exhibition and has included a hands-on workshop to her artisans schedule.
At this workshop, Jane will teach students how to make a concrete paver for the garden using ceramic pieces and mosaics. The theme will be insects. Jane will provide a choice of her custom, hand-made ceramic insects that you’ll be able to use in your mosaic work. You’ll make and grout the work during the workshop, and you’ll go home with a beautiful, unique piece for your home.
Includes morning tea, and lunch on the Foundation & Friends Terrace.
