This is a basketball orientated workout. Participants of any skill or fitness level can come along and have a go.
We add some music to the mix as we take you on a basketball journey through the FUNdamentals of our sport.
You don’t need to know everything or even anything about basketball. Just bring your eagerness to learn and your friendly attitude.
Our programs are designed to develop sport-specific skills, fitness, flexibility, communication and ensure you have loads of fun!
To insure we’re covering the key fundamental areas of our sport, we have developed a 12 week program.

Week 2. Footwork
Week 3. Ball-handling
Week 4. Passing and cutting
Week 5. HP stations/workout all areas
Week 6. Shooting
Week 7. Defense
Week 8. Spacing and getting open
Week 9. HP stations/workout all areas
Week 10. Early transition
Week 11. Moving without the ball
Week 12. Attacking and individual offense
You can join in during any week. We’re teaching a theme each week so all classes align to a common outcome. Obviously, the more you come, the more you’ll put the different pieces of the puzzle together!
Please arrive (at least) 10 minutes before the class starts so we can make sure you’re awake and sign you in.
Wear comfortable training gear and sport shoes. Of course wear basketball shoes if you have any.
Bring a big bottle of water. There’s also a water cooler to refill your bottle. There’s fantastic showering facilities and change rooms for you to use free of charge.
