This 60 minute workout is an opportunity for both males and females to get involved in basketball!
Train with a real coach as we welcome participants of any skill or fitness level to come along and have a go!
We add music to the mix as we take you on a basketball journey through the FUNdamentals of our sport.
You need not know everything or even anything about basketball, just bring your eagerness to learn and your friendly attitude and you will fit in just fine.
To insure we are covering the key fundamental areas of our sport, we have developed a 12 themed program which you can join in at any time.
Our programs are designed to develop sport-specific skills, improve fitness, flexibility, enhance your communication, and of course, have loads of fun!

Class booking: You can do this online prior to the class or you can just turn up!
What to wear: Comfortable training gear and sport shoes. Matching outfits are highly recommended and prizes are known to be awarded for this.
