These classes are for all skill and fitness levels. They are a fun way to learn how to play basketball through different drills. The sessions allow you to put practice into play.
This workout is basketball-orientated.
The sessions are designed to support the development of sport-specific skills, set a platform to adopt basketball IQ, enhance communication and leadership, and increase fitness and flexibility in every individual.
