This 90 minute workout is an opportunity for both males and females to get involved in basketball.
We welcome participants of any skill or fitness level to come along and have a go!
We add music to the mix as we take you on a basketball journey through the FUNdamentals of our sport.
Our sessions are designed to help you develop sport-specific skills, improve fitness, flexibility, enhance your communication, and of course, have loads of fun!
We have developed a 12 week programme in which you can join at any time. You do not need to wait to start on week 1. We teach a theme each week so that all of our classes align to a common outcome.
