Mood Active's free 4 Week Wellbeing Workout will teach you how to get motivated to start and sustain an exercise routine, what to do when the going gets tough and how to overcome barriers, all while building confidence.
These 2 hour weekly sessions combine education and exercise. The program also includes free access to our Casual classes (Yoga and Circuit) throughout the program, which you can then continue to access after the program to cement the good habits you have established. Designed by a Psychologist and Master's of Coaching graduate, the program provides practical tips and tricks based on psycho-social education and adult learning techniques.
This program is designed for anyone 16-75 who wants to build an exercise routine and improve their mental health through exercise. Suitable for who can participate in light exercise. Seated and standing exercise options available. People with a disability and older adults are encouraged to attend.
