Be introduced to the basics of coding in a Minecraft world constructed by Powerhouse.

In this workshop, young participants will be guided through a series of coding challenges within the Minecraft world, using Microsoft MakeCode block coding to control their agent and make changes to the world.

This workshop series uses Minecraft Education Edition, a game-based learning platform that promotes creativity, collaboration and problem-solving in an immersive digital environment. The Minecraft world used in this workshop is safe, private and accessible only at Powerhouse.

Participants are asked to bring their own lunch and a hat as lunchtime activities may take place outdoors.

Advance bookings are essential, as places are limited. For ages 7–9.
