Learn, create and play in a Minecraft world specially constructed for the Powerhouse Museum’s Summer school holiday program.

In this workshop, young participants will be guided through Minecraft activities and games before going back in time to the Museum’s origins in 1879 and launching into ‘creative mode’ to build their own museum treasure.

This workshop series uses Minecraft Education Edition, a game-based learning platform that promotes creativity, collaboration and problem-solving in an immersive digital environment. The Minecraft world used in this workshop is safe, private, and accessible only at the Powerhouse.

For ages 9–12. Available on 2 dates.

Participants are asked to bring their own lunch.

Advance bookings are essential, as capacity is limited to ten participants per workshop.
