The mindfulplay games workshop promises to leave you feeling renewed and revitalised. It will be the first in an ongoing series of events featuring a whole array of engaging fun activities, such as art and craft workshops, theatre improv, music, dance and hula hooping.
Take a break from the stresses of modern life to recalibrate and gather your senses. Give your mind and body a tune-up!
It won’t be just fun and games. We will also be sharing knowledge about the principles of adult playfulness and the benefits of making time for it in our busy, modern lives.
The workshop will consist of a variety of playful group activities, mainly based on playground and theatre games. Watch out for some new variations to make them even more fun! Think “What’s the time Mister Wolf”, “Grandma’s Footsteps”, “Sleeping Bear”, “Everybody’s it tag”.
