If you're missing Sydney's Night Noodle Markets and their most popular vendor, this should fill the void!
Bringing their open-air Filipino barbecues and prized lechon all the way from Melbourne, they'll be setup and smoking out the neighbourhood from 12pm on Friday 16th to Saturday 17th April.
They're bringing all the Hoy Pinoy classics as well as a few new specials. The rolled lechon belly charcoal roast will only be available on Friday as a special, and the full lechon (whole pig) spit roast will only be available on Saturday from 1pm. Both served with rice, spiced vinegar and cucumber salad.
Gelato Messina will be on desserts of course! Serving a Messina twist on a classic halo-halo:
MILO MILO: layers of malt flan, choc malt crumble, Jersey milk gelato, choc malt ice, choc malt powder
All attendees must sign in on arrival and maintain social distancing throughout the queues and when dining in.
