Join Susie Spinks, an expert on mindfulness from the Sydney Meditation Centre as she leads you on a peaceful journey into the basics on mindfulness.
At the end of the workshop, attendees will have an understanding of mindfulness and meditation and be able to commence their own personal practice on their own if they choose to.
No prior understanding of mindfulness is need, beginners welcome. Please bring comfortable clothing and non-slip shoes to practice in.
