Meditation is perfect for finding a deeper sense of self. It’s impossible to over-estimate the impact that comes from a regular routine. Meditation can boost overall wellbeing. Clearly this can impact mood and behavior.
Local Millers Point resident, Val, has volunteered to run free meditation classes for the Harry Jensen Centre.
So come along if you would like to relax, be mindful and feel at one with your community.
Chairs will be provided. No physical exercises, postures or special clothing are required.

We have free wifi, computers, newspapers, tea/coffee, TV, washing machine/dryer, shower, Justice of the Peace, room hire, library, community garden, table tennis and snooker table.
