Meditation at Millers Point

Learn how to relax and be mindful

Meditation is perfect for finding a deeper sense of self. It’s impossible to over-estimate the impact that comes from a regular routine. Meditation can boost overall wellbeing. Clearly this can impact mood and behavior.

Local Millers Point resident, Val, has volunteered to run free meditation classes for the Harry Jensen Centre.

So come along if you would like to relax, be mindful and feel at one with your community.

Chairs will be provided. No physical exercises, postures or special clothing are required.

The Harry Jensen Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4pm and everyone is welcome. We have free wifi, computers, newspapers, tea/coffee, TV, washing machine/dryer, shower, Justice of the Peace, room hire, library, community garden, table tennis and snooker table. Plus many different activities, like painting and acting classes, Zumba, yoga, web page design.
