This is a free online (Zoom) meditation session. You will be guided by a trained meditation teacher.
Session is for 40 mins from 12 pm to 12.40 pm on 3 Fridays in May (7, 14 and 21). Please ensure you can stay for the entire session.
During the session you will experience live guided meditation, some breath work and some desk top yoga.
