Everyone! Art Phone has no age restrictions and free, however, we can only call Australian mobile or landline numbers.

Who are the Gallery hosts?

Our wonderful Gallery Hosts are passionate about bringing the experience of contemporary art to life. They hold a vast knowledge and expertise on MCA artists and exhibitions and love helping audiences connect with contemporary art.

What should I expect?

Art Phone is a free 5–10 minute casual phone call with an MCA Gallery Host, sharing a story and/or insight about an artwork in the MCA Collection.

How does it work?

Simply book in your Art Phone conversation and a Host will call you at your selected time and date using the Australian mobile or landline number provided. If you don’t pick up after two separate attempts, unfortunately we can’t call back.
