Dive into the world of Japanese folk crafts, language and culture. Impress your friends and family with your new Japanese vocabulary, learn about the origins of origami and try folding your own origami creations.
Admire some beautiful and intricate Kimono designs in our collection before trying your hand at painting a kokeshi-inspired Japanese wooden doll. Matsuri at the library is sure to be the highlight of your holidays and an experience to remember!
Due to COVID-19 guidelines places are limited and all participants must book a ticket. Parents and guardians can elect to drop their child off, or may choose to stay and assist their child.
