Matcha is a special form of green tea, specially grown and prepared for deeper flavour. It is the food highest in antioxidants, and helps with weight-loss and general wellbeing. However, its nutritional properties are easily destroyed if not prepared with care.
In this class, you’ll learn, cook and eat your way through delicious matcha dishes, including:
- matcha coconut fudge
- matcha blacmange
- 2-colour mochi ball with yuzu and matcha an-paste
- cold soba with matcha broth
- matcha popcorn
- yuzu matcha mocktail
- organic matcha green tea and alkaline mineral water.
No washing or other boring stuff involved – all you’ll do is learn, cook, and eat!
You’ll get hands-on practice, following detailed and easy-to-follow demonstrations from Yoshiko. You’ll leave with practical and yummy recipes.
