Marble has teamed up with the makers of Ki No Bi to bring you an exclusive dining experience.
Ki No Bi is an artisanal Kyoto Dry Gin and the first of its kind from Japan.
Indulge in a 4 course set of creatively unique drinks as well as paired dishes. This is a one-off event and the first of its kind to be held at Marble. Early bookings are highly recommended with this one.
1st course: Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin with Mediterranean Tonic paired with Hiramasa Kingfish served with Buttermilk , Juniper Berry
2nd course: Ki No Tea with Indian Tonic paired with Toasted Rice Cake topped with a delicate Ankimo Parfait and Sansho pepper
3rd course: Ki No Bi ‘Sei’ with Yuzu Soda splash paired with a savoury Sake’ Steamed Abalone topped with Pickled Ginger Cream, Nduja Oil
4th course: Ki No Bi Old Tom with Mineral Water paired with Murray Cod, Celeriac, and Yuzukosho
Bonus dessert course: Granny Smith Apple with Basil Granita, Celery Oil
Cocktail special of the night will be a Rhubarb & Custard Cocktail made with Ki No Tea, Rhubarb Curd, Rhubarb Juice, Lemon, Bitters for only.
All diners will be required to sign in upon entry into the venue.
