This September, starting on R U OK Day, participants are encouraged to complete the 42.2 km marathon distance and become a KGV Marathon Month Finisher. You can run, jog, walk, roll, row or ride (indoor or out) whatever your preference.
Complete it in a day, pound it out in a week or walk it all the way through the month depending on your level of fitness as a commitment to bettering your health and wellbeing and showing support for mental health.
We will have a live leaderboard for everyone's cumulative distances, and if you feel like going past the marathon mark, why not see how much distance you can cover in one month. What’s more, you can complete your marathon anywhere, from your backyard to your neighbourhood block, or around your nearest park.
