For 1 night only, get your fix of modern Malaysian bar snacks and Malaysian-inspired cocktails at your favourite Chinatown cocktail bar, Banchō.

Junda Khoo, head chef and owner of Ho Jiak in Haymarket, Strathfield and soon-to-open in Town Hall is collaborating with Loong Oon, head chef of Mr. Wong and Lex Wong, chef and owner of Yang & Co for a modern Malaysian bar snack menu at Banchō for just 1 night!

We’ll have an exclusive menu of small bites like otak otak, salted egg yolk chicken nuggets, mee siam and Singapore chilli crab baos.

Cocktails from Jason Ang and Yoshi Onishi will feature favourite Malaysian flavours and ingredients, like pandan and jackfruit.
