Making it in music: electronic music workshop

Join renowned music producers and DJs Anna Lunoe and Nina Las Vegas for a full-day workshop that covers the fundamentals of electronic, dance and club music.   

Hear the basics of building an exciting career in the music industry, explore the creative process that surrounds music production, and spend the afternoon learning how to DJ in a hands-on masterclass. 

This workshop is delivered in partnership with Powerhouse Creative Residents Electronic Music Conference (EMC). EMC creates experiences centred around electronic music culture to connect and inspire artists and workers in the electronic music industry.   

For ages 12–16 only. Bookings are essential. No experience necessary.

Covid-safe information

Anyone aged 16 years or over will need to provide proof of full vaccination (two doses) or a medical exemption for entry. Unvaccinated visitors under 16 must be accompanied by a vaccinated adult.

You can prove you have received two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine in one of the following ways:

  • COVID-19 digital certificate (Medicare, MyGov or Service NSW Apps)

  • Digital Immunisation history statement (Medicare or MyGov Apps)

  • Printed copy of COVID-19 digital certificate or immunisation history statement

All workshop equipment, materials and workspaces are regularly cleaned in line with COVID Safety Cleaning protocols. Workshop capacities have been reduced to encourage social distancing.

Please continue to be mindful of 1.5 m physical distancing and hand hygiene protocols. Masks wearing is recommended.
