Lunge for Legacy

‘Lunge for Legacy’ is being launched for the first time to help keep our community engaged by participating in an online form of fundraising. 

In 1923 Legacy made a promise to help the family members of veterans to carry on with their lives after the loss or injury of their loved one.

Today, Legacy supports 43,000 partners and children of veterans who have given their lives or health serving our country.

This September we ask you to commit to 1000 lunges; 500 each leg to represent the 500+ families who have lost a veteran to suicide since 2001.

For every veteran, there are up to 6 people that will be affected by their death. That’s almost 3,000 family members who have lost their loved ones to suicide alone. Legacy is there for those families in the worst times, to ensure they are not left behind.
