Savour our five‑course Chef’s Signature dinner menu created by Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi, beginning with a vibrant Cajun Tuna Tataki and indulgent Yamba Prawn & Spanner Crab Yi Mein. The signature Shangri‑La Honey‑Glazed Duck leads into your choice of Pan‑Fried Pink Snapper or Australian Wagyu MB8+, before finishing with the refreshing Mandarin Meringue, a sweet symbol of renewal and prosperity.
