Welcome new beginnings with a refreshing Oolong High Ball blending the finest mix of premium vodka, Vermount Bianco, verjus and oolong tea. Or savour a Dynasty concoction, a complex drink with Asian white rum, hibiscus, sherry, egg white and a touch of lime for a twist.

Lunar New Year signature cocktails will be available at Blu Bar on 36 from 21 January to 5 February, 2023. Priced at AUD 30 per cocktail.
