Wander through our laneways, discover lucky bites from across the market, and experience the tradition and excitement of roaming lion dances, bringing movement, rhythm and celebration to Hay St.

Menu highlights this season include:

  • Pan Fried Pork Buns with black vinegar soy and chilli crisp from Luke Luk

  • Pepper Beef with Tomato Fried Rice from Wan Chai Wok

  • Sesame Mala Chicken from Pho Chu Lap

  • Taiwanese Seasoning Fried Chicken from K-Pocha

Live music sets the tone from Thursday to Sunday, while roaming lion dances take over Paddy’s Market and Hay St from 19–22 February.
