Celebrate Lunar New Year at Arthur with a special menu created for the Year of the Horse.
Shaped by Chinese technique and flavour, the menu reflects influences that have long been part of how we cook at Arthur. Using exceptional Australian seafood and produce from producers we work closely with, each dish is developed in-house, from sauces and ferments to the final touches.
Expect a seafood-led feast that nods to abundance, gathering and celebration, finished with fortune cookies to close.
