Monday 16 August 2021 from 7:30pm to 8pm
- 4 Weeks duration (then ongoing access to Soul Alive). - 30 min Mindfulness Principle Discussion each Week (7:45PM Monday evenings). - 3 x 20 min Live, Guided Mindfulness Meditation Classes (8:30PM Mon & Wed evenings + 6:45AM Fri mornings). - Weekly Workbook Exercise (20-30 mins of reading & writing each week). - Regular tips, reminders & support messages throughout. - Total weekly time requirement: 2Hrs
It's a 4 week virtual experience where Luke guides participants through learning the art of mindfulness meditation via a mix of live guided meditations & talks.
The program starts Monday 16th August and is truly a beautiful and valuable experience plus an opportunity for participants to carve out a little more 'me' time to relax & recharge.
