Hosted by Christiane Poulos, Brand Ambassador for Vasse Felix, this intimate four-course degustation explores The Past, The Present & The Prestige through an exceptional selection of current-release wines, rare museum vintages and the finest expressions from Margaret River.

Thoughtfully paired with a Vietnamese-inspired menu by the LUA culinary team, guests will experience the remarkable ageing potential of Vasse Felix wines, from Premier Chardonnay and Heytesbury Chardonnay to Premier Cabernet Sauvignon and the iconic Tom Cullity, alongside Idée Fixe's acclaimed Premier Brut Rosé.
