Every day, 12pm to 10pm Thursday 13 January to Saturday 5 February
Hayes Theatre Co in association with Sydney Festival presents the dark, queer and high energy rock musical Lizzie.
"I love you, I am hopeful, am I doomed?"
The queer rock musical your inner teen theatre geek has always yearned for. LIZZIE is a revenge fantasy meets fatally flawed love story with heart and rhythmic electricity. Set to a blistering score; a sound owing less to Sondheim and Andrew Lloyd Webber than to Bikini Kill, the Runaways, and Hole. With Australian cabaret royalty Maeve Marsden at the helm, the gripping tale of Lizzie Borden will have its Australian debut at Hayes Theatre Co.
LIZZIE is showing at Hayes Theatre Co as part of Sydney Festival for 3 weeks only, opening Jan 13.
