Living Colour floral displays

One of the largest seasonal floral displays of its kind in Australia.

Produced by the City of Sydney

Sydney’s streets will blossom with vibrant floral displays as part of the City’s Living Colour extravaganza.

Tens of thousands of blooms, including Dahlia, Alyssum, Parsley, Snapdragons, Warrigal Greens, Brachyscome, Coleus, Vietnamese Mint, Petunia, Bracteantha, and Begonia adorn city spaces until November. The stunning displays fill over 450 hanging baskets around the city alongside 800 planter boxes, floral towers and a green wall.

Around 100,000 plants bring colour, greenery and a touch of nature to our inner-city to make it a more beautiful and welcoming place for 8 weeks each spring and summer.

See Living Colour at Martin Place, Castlereagh Street, Customs House, Queens Square/Hyde Park barracks, Cathedral Square, Kings Cross – Green wall, Springfield Gardens, Taylor Square, Sydney Town Hall and QVB,Sydney Square, Green Square, Union Square and Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre.

Hanging baskets are located on Macquarie Street, Stanley Street, Oxford Street/Flinders Street, Redfern Street, William Street, Darlinghurst Road, Martin Place, Park Street, Elizabeth Street and Glebe Point Road.
