Join the LGBTIQA+ UPSTANDER TRAINING for Internationl Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Transphobia and Intersex Discrimination Online.
The session explores how systems of power including cisnormativity, heteronormativity, colonialism, and white supremacy shape LGBTIQA+ experiences globally and within workplace contexts. Participants examine their own privilege and positionality, engage with concepts of intersectionality, and build practical skills to challenge discrimination and actively show up as upstanders.
